In an increasingly globalized world, companies in all industries constantly need greater agility and level of service in the delivery of what they sell to their customers, as well as a permanent need to reduce costs; when companies achieve results in these indicators, it allows them to survive in the market and gradually increase their profitability and market participation.
Objective
To offer methods and tools that help participants to assume their role as agents of change, as well as to analyze, design or redesign and implement actions that help them achieve positive results in the aforementioned indicators. The objective is that participants learn the concepts, methods and tools that will enable them to analyze, design, redesign and implement improvements in the different links that make up the Supply Chain.
The program is a combination of theoretical concepts and practical exercises, complemented by the experience of the teachers.
This program contemplates an investment of four hours per week:
- Two hours of webinar sessions with your teacher and peers.
- Two hours of independent work, on the platform, to review multimedia material, carry out activities, participation in forums, etc.
