Black Belt Six Sigma training and certification

This certification course is designed to form change leaders through the knowledge and application of the principles, structure and phases of the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. This equips participants with tools and competencies to pinpoint and analyze problems that are blocking process flows, and then to define, plan and execute improvement and control strategies and actions that will support the activity of the processes, in order to make the organization more competitive and effective.
The Six Sigma Black Belt certificate is issued by ITESO, with validity worldwide because it is registered with the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP).
The Certification Project is advised and validated by our Facilitators (Master Black Belts), who are certified by BMGI and accredited by the ISSSP.
The theoretical-practical knowledge acquired will be evaluated with an exam at the end of each module.
