The Global FP VAN launches a series of case studies

We are excited to share two new Global FP VAN Initiative resources.  
 
First, is the Proof of Concept (Phase 1) Review, which provides an overview of the initiative, outlining the initial problem statement and describing the progress made to-date against the vision and scope. The Proof of Concept Review is now available on the Global FP VAN website here.
 
Second, is a case study, Forging a “Collective Ask” of the Technology Vendor, which takes a deep dive into the system selection process and the learnings that came out of it. This is the first case study in a Global FP VAN Case Study Series that will identify and highlight learnings from the first phase of the initiative across four foundational areas; people, process, technology, and policy. All the case studies, including this first one, will be published here.
