Safe Abortion Supplies (SAS) Workstream Elects New Co-Chair
16th September 2021
Florence Erb served for one busy and productive term as the Safe Abortion Supplies (SAS) Workstream Co-Chair alongside Nathalie Kapp and elected not to pursue a second term. In September 2021, SAS Workstream members were asked to submit nominations and statements of interest for the next SAS Workstream Co-Chair. The Coalition is pleased to announce that Petra Procter with Concept Foundation ran uncontested and has been elected the new SAS Workstream Co-Chair alongside Nathalie Kapp with IPPF. Petra brings with her experience in activities focused on increasing access and knowledge surrounding quality assured misoprostol, mifepristone, and combi-packs in low- and middle-income countries. Petra’s addition to this workstream will be a great benefit to the SAS members and activities.
