The RHSC and its ForoLAC have launched the 2024 round of LAPTOP Scholarships for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this webinar, ForoLAC presents all the details to apply and two LAPTOP scholars, Sandra Pulgarín (Colombia) and Matías Fernández (Argentina), share their experience with the public on how the course helped them improve their capacities and ultimately contribute to their organizations and countries.
