The Brazilian business environment has changed a lot in recent years. Today, companies need to deliver customized products / services, at the time and place desired by customers at a competitive price. Competition, both national and international, and constant technological developments require companies to be more agile and flexible and to deal with a much higher level of complexity.
All these changes made the companies start to demand a professional in the area of Logistics with a profile very different from the traditional one.
The teaching practices adopted by the course allow students to learn the content of the subjects in a participatory way. Classes are not limited to lectures by the teacher. Case discussions, practical exercises, group activities and visits to companies allow students to apply the concepts in practice and exchange knowledge with their colleagues.
All subjects have individual and group assessments (tests and / or written assignments) that allow to measure the students' learning. To obtain a good performance in the evaluations, it is essential that the student organize his schedule to leave time out of the class so that he can carry out the preparatory activities for each class, read chapters of books and articles, prepare exercises / works and study for the classes.
