Executive Program in Global Supply Chain Management

The primary objective of the academic program is to provide participants with the essential tools and knowledge that allow them to effectively integrate logistics concepts and criteria in the context of the Supply Chain. These elements, once acquired, train professionals to define and execute policies and strategies, actively participating in the design, evaluation, selection and management of operations. The ultimate goal is to ensure the implementation of reliable, economical and viable solutions in the logistics field.

In this context, the focus of the program is not limited solely to the local level, but seeks to provide students with a strategic and transversal vision of complex supply chains at a global level. In this way, the aim is to equip participants with the necessary skills to perform effectively in the various areas of supply chain management on an international scale. The program is characterized by offering a practical and up-to-date approach, ensuring that the knowledge acquired is aligned with the changing dynamics of the global business and logistics environment.

• The workload is 120 hours.
• The course modality will be in semi-face-to-face format. It is expected that classes with foreign teachers will be held online (synchronous) and classes with national teachers in person. 75% attendance will be required.
• The materials and digital sessions are synchronous access.

Regarding the methodology: 

Within each module, participants must meet the requirements requested for the presentation of the practical work proposed by the teachers within the assigned deadlines, have a course attendance greater than 75% and pass a written knowledge evaluation with a higher result. to 60%.

Certificates

Those who comply with the expected approval regime will be issued an Academic Certificate of Approval issued by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Montevideo.
