25th Anniversary issue of Outlook now available
5th December 2008
Outlook, PATH's newsletter for reproductive health program managers and policymakers, has now been produced and distributed for a quarter-century.
The 25th anniversary issue of Outlook, "Reducing unmet need for family planning: Evidence-based strategies and approaches," offers clear suggestions for program managers to address unmet need for family planning in the face of current political, financial, and health-systems challenges. The issue, produced with support from UNFPA, also reviews the link between family planning and achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), including improving maternal and child health, promoting gender equality, and combating HIV/AIDS. Addressing unmet need can help tackle some of the most intractable health and development challenges facing the world today.
This issue is currently available in English. French, Spanish, and Chinese translations will be available on PATH's website in the coming months.
