This webinar presented how to translate scientific knowledge and evidence into real life implementation and illustrated with examples how different intervention need to adapt to local contexts in order to achieve the desired impact. The webinar also reviewed the current components of implementation research as a tool to evaluate the best field intervention and its impact in real situations. 

Presenter: Emily M. Vargas, founder and CEO of EVidence Knowledge Brokering in Public Health SAS for Latin America and the Caribbean. Emily is a nurse and holds a Masters Degree en Public Health by the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública de México. She is a specialist in knowledge management and technological transfer, and has 14 years experience in health research, public health and health systems.
