RHSC Announces New Manufacturers' Representative to Executive Committee

1st July 2026

The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Noha Salem, of Organon, as the Manufacturers' Representative on the RHSC Executive Committee.

A long-standing member of RHSC, Ms. Salem brings extensive experience at the intersection of policy, government relations, and global health partnerships. Through her work with procurers, governments, donors, implementing partners, and Organon's commercial teams supporting low- and middle-income countries, she has developed a strong understanding of the diverse perspectives and priorities across RHSC's manufacturing community. Ms. Salem has also been an active contributor to RHSC, including through the Financing Technical Advisory Group, where she has supported discussions on sustainable financing for reproductive health markets.

Ms. Salem will serve a two-year term from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2028, succeeding Frank Strelow of Bayer, who has represented the manufacturing constituency with distinction since 2024.

The Manufacturers' Representative reflects the perspectives of RHSC's manufacturing members in Executive Committee discussions and decisions. As a significant constituency within RHSC’s membership, manufacturers bring valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges of expanding access to reproductive health supplies. Ms. Salem's experience across policy, partnerships, and commercial engagement positions her well to represent those perspectives.

RHSC extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Strelow for his vision and guidance over the last two years.

We congratulate Ms. Salem and look forward to her leadership in representing RHSC's manufacturing members over the next two years.
