The Graduate School of the University of Lima offers the Master in Operations and Project Management (MDOP). The main objective of this program is to prepare future business leaders, with the professional management of operations and projects as its main axis.
The MDOP is a high-end academic program, integrating business strategy, operations and logistics management, effective use of technology, and project management. In addition to this, this program enhances the ability to lead teams and successfully face challenging situations in a competitive environment.
General objectives
- To train ethical executives and leaders in their field of specialty and with a global projection.
- Develop in the participant the abilities to direct the operations and supply chain areas, as well as achieve improvements in decision-making when managing projects.
