The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC) is a global partnership of more than 360 public, private, and non-governmental organizations dedicated to ensuring that all people in low- and middle-income countries can choose, obtain, and use affordable, high-quality supplies and related services to ensure their better reproductive health. Our Brussels-based Secretariat is staffed and managed by PATH, an international, nonprofit organization that helps communities around the world break longstanding cycles of poor health. The secretariat also includes staff based at PATH’s offices in Washington, DC, Lima and Senegal.

Market Development Technical Officer

Market Development Technical Officer (MDTO) will lead Coalition efforts to leverage the global marketplace as a means of ensuring greater choice of more affordable, better quality and more accessible reproductive health supplies. Reporting to the RHSC’s Brussels-based Deputy Director, the MDTO will identify, plan and implement market-driven interventions undertaken by the Secretariat; and provide technical expertise and support to market development initiatives implemented by partners under the auspices of the RHSC. The MDTO will also oversee and be accountable for advancing the goals of the Coalition’s ‘Quality’ strategic pillar. S/he will lead the continued development and promotion of RHSC-developed tools designed to facilitate more effective use of the marketplace as a driver of change.

Supply Chain Technical Officer

Supply Chain Technical Officer (SCTO) will provide technical direction to the RHSC and its global membership, and serve as an expert in the supply chain management (SCM) of reproductive health supplies. Reporting to the RHSC’s Brussels-based Deputy Director, the SCTO will identify, plan and implement SCM interventions undertaken by the Secretariat; and provide technical expertise and support to SCM initiatives undertaken by others under the auspices of the RHSC. The SCTO will also oversee and be accountable for advancing the goals of the RHSC’s ‘Availability’ strategic pillar. S/he will lead the existing campaign to put an end to contraceptive stockouts, Take Stock.
