This year, we are introducing a fee to participate in the General Membership Meeting.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations need to be electronically mailed to rhsc2019@aimgroup.eu. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: Postmarked until and including 18 January 2019: 75% refund (25% handling fee) | Postmarked from 4 January – 28 February 2019: 50% refund | No refund on cancellations after 1 March 2019, not even if due to visa rejection, illness, etc.
Supply Fellows
At our Brussels General Membership Meeting in March 2018, we introduced a new idea to encourage our members to actively share skills, expertise and experience, and to build up our younger participants and help them navigate the event more effectively. The experiment was a great success and we’re delighted to reprise it in Kathmandu. Applications will open shortly.
Submit a presentation (closed)
In anticipation of our meeting in Kathmandu, the Coalition is pleased to call for presentations for our parallel sessions. The presentation submissions should focus on critical supplies-related issues. The deadline for submission is 7 December 2018.
Innovation Expo (closed)
Based on its successful debut at the Brussels meeting in 2018, the Innovations Exposition is a forum that will showcase the cutting-edge work of our members to improve access to RH supplies. Those interested in participating are advised to apply early, as space is limited.
