Target audience identification process

At the RHSC membership meeting in Bonn (19-20 October 2006), the RMA working group completed a target audience identification process. Building on this work, a one-day workshop on message development was held for all interested coalition members. In this workshop, participants learned how to design very specific messages for the previously identified target groups.
The working group is continuing its work on developing an advocacy toolkit.
