Diploma in Integrated Management Systems

This program seeks to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals who need to specialize in the regulatory field of quality, environment, safety and health at work necessary to improve the performance of organizations through continuous improvement of their processes that ensure continuity of the offer of its products or services with social responsibility of its effects on the environment and health of its collaborators.

Organizations today are highly competitive and depend on the management of their subsystems in a constant cycle of seeking operational excellence with the least impact on the environment and the health of employees. For this reason, it requires adopting international standards where the organization generates processes from a starting point and interdisciplinary integration (one of the hallmarks of the Universidad Mayor) requires professionals who are capable of contributing and offering solutions in this area.

The Integrated Management System Diploma program seeks to develop in the participants the skills for the implementation of an Integrated Management System (SIG) based on ISO 9001: 2015 14001: 2015 - 45001: 2018 as a way to ensure continuity and continuous improvement of the goods or services delivered by the organizations. The Diploma provides the knowledge of the fundamental elements of the SIG and develops the necessary competencies for a leading auditor who plans and applies quality audits.
