The success of the Coalition hinges on its ability to be both proactive and reactive - to lay the groundwork for better supply chain systems, but also to target support so that when systems falter, the appropriate tools are in place to address them.

Through the establishment of task forces and Working Groups, and through collaboration with technical agencies, the Coalition has averted country stockouts, provided tools for decision-making, and helped supply chain specialists decide which tools are most appropriate for the job at hand.
