The Coalition’s members and partners constitute the world’s most experienced players in the supplies arena. Together, they serve as a "brain trust" of best practices and technical skills, as a wellspring of inspiration for new ideas, and as channels for disseminating knowledge to all who can benefit from it.

Through the medium of its Working Groups, task forces, and individual members, the Coalition has identified new approaches for improving supply chain management; it has supported basic systems research; and it has been an active player in the development of new tools and guidelines.

The following activities are representative of innovative solutions by the Coalition and its partners to achieve reproductive health (RH) supply security:
