Brussels, Belgium
The ninth membership meeting will take place in Brussels, Belgium on May 22–23, 2008. Hosted by the European Commission, the meeting will focus on four broad themes:
- Europe’s role in furthering the Coalition’s strategic goals
- Engaging the Coalition’s growing membership
- New findings from the Working Groups
- Assuring the Coalition’s financial sustainability
Below is a logistics sheet that contains basic information about dates, venues, hotels, and transport facilities in Brussels. For this meeting, the Secretariat has received special rates at two hotels located in the centre of Brussels: the Hotel Jolly Sablon and the Aris Grand Place. To obtain these rates, delegates should have booked online through our designated reservations agency, RESOTEL by Friday April 18.
