Students attend 5 blocks of classes in Lugano, each block lasts 2 weeks.

MASHLM is designed for humanitarian practitioners with at least 3 years of experience. Participants come from diverse fields within the humanitarian context including logistics, procurement, HR, WASH, ICT, child protection, and transportation.

In between the study blocks in Lugano,  students work from home on pre-assignments, on-line exams, and projects. The program culminates with a written thesis. Students earn an Advanced Master's Degree and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
