Countdown 2015 Europe
Countdown 2015 Europe brings together 10 leading European non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in the field of sexual and reproductive health (RH). Together with their partners, the members work to ensure that development targets are met in relation to sexual and RH and rights, including essential supplies, commodities, and medicines. In line with international commitments, including the ICPD Programme of Action and the Millennium Development Goals, the group advocates for increased European donor support for RH supplies. Supply Chain Management System (SCMS)
Funded by the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), SCMS brings together 16 private sector, non-governmental and faith-based organizations that are among the most trusted names in supply chain management and international public health and development. With offices in 17 countries and 350 dedicated staff members around the world, SCMS is helping to improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in some of the countries most severely impacted by the pandemic.
SCMS procures essential medicines and supplies at affordable prices, helps strengthen and build reliable, secure and sustainable supply chain systems, and fosters coordination of key stakeholders. For more information, click here.

UNFPA Global Programme
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Global Programme to Enhance Reproductive Health Commodity Security provides a structure for moving beyond ad hoc responses to stockouts towards more predictable, planned, and sustainable country-driven approaches for securing essential supplies and ensuring their use. Focused at country level, the Global Programme creates a process that will galvanize, institutionalize, and coordinate national efforts. Three separate funding streams offer flexibility to assist countries based on their specific needs and current capacity. The Global Programme is aligned with the principles of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. Toward this end, it puts national governments at the centre of the decision-making process and encourages strong alliances of stakeholders.
