Guided by a desire for openness, inclusiveness, lean governance, and member involvement, the Coalition's structure comprises the following three principal entities:
Governance of the Coalition rests with an Executive Committee that provides broad guidance, oversight, and the approval of key decisions and activities. It plays a key role in defining and monitoring the Coalition’s strategic goals.
Managed by PATH, the Secretariat administers the day-to-day operations of the Coalition, implements the directives of the Executive Committee, responds to the needs of the members and Working Groups, and ensures that the Coalition’s strategic vision and goals are translated into action.
Coalition members include institutions from across the "total market" for reproductive health supplies. They include multilateral and bilateral organizations, private foundations, low- and middle-income country governments, civil society, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations, and the private sector.
